Tardy Greetings: Sephora Guava Passion Body Butter (review)

Yikes! Will you look at the time? I am once again way behind schedule. I don't flatter myself that my readers are waiting with baited breath for my postings; but still…I think a little more timeliness on my part is definitely in order. I will try to curb my tardiness in the future.

Today, my review is simple. I was planning to write about this body butter and talk about the dry, cold weather (again); but for some reason the weather is neither cold nor dry today. (Stupid nice weather.) Well so what? I predict it will become both dry and cold soon; so why not take advantage of the pretty day in Philly and head on over to Sephora?

Guava Passion Body Butter

Blurb: A rich, lightly scented cream for the entire body. This thick, luxurious moisturizer rejuvenates skin with natural shea butter and beeswax, which softens skin and prevents against moisture loss.

I bought this body butter because of the fragrance (I thought it sounded sexy). When I tried it out, I absolutely loved the scent! It's rich, warm and slightly tropical. When I wore it to an event, a couple of people asked me what perfume I was wearing.

The big surprise was the excellent formula. Super luscious, creamy and works as well as some of the other super fancy brands that Sephora carries. It really protected my skin and lasted without feeling heavy or greasy.

Some of the other scents were very nice too. I suggest visiting Sephora and trying out a few. Of course, no one really needs an excuse to visit Sephora. It's always a pretty good idea to go there. If that isn't an option, though, there's always the fun and fabulous website.
