I Need Refreshments! Maya Water Facial Mist (review)

I need refreshments that don’t have any calories. For some reason, it’s been really hard to stay on my sensible eating plan for the last couple of days. Somehow I’ve managed, though - mostly because of the support I have from loved ones. Thank you loved ones!

One of the things that helps a lot is finding little ways to indulge (that don’t involve cake). Here’s a great no-cal splurge. From Maya Water.

Maya Water Facial Mist

Blurb: The optimal product for your daily skincare regime. With its clean, mineral-rich and pH neutral water from Skogshorn in Hemsedal, Maya Water is an absolute must to revitalize and cleanse dry, tired skin. Use on skin exposed to pollution, or simply to freshen up your make-up during the day. The container is easy to take with you and the more you spray, the more moisture you replenish your skin with, making wrinkles and fine lines appear reduced. The fine spray allows the skin to absorb the water immediately, helping to nourish, cleanse and apply moisture on bare skin, or over your make up. Maya Water facial mist can be used all year around by the whole family, even babies and toddlers.

This is exactly the kind of thing I needed today to make myself feel pampered and lovely. And it’s a whole lot better for me than the other things I’ve been craving. Maya Water is made with Norwegian thermal spa water from one of the best natural water sources in Norway. The mist is rich with minerals (very luxurious and soothing). It’s like a spa moment in a can.

Maya Water is great for a little morning burst of hydration. It’s also a wonderful treat in the evening (aka now). My favorite use for these mists is as a mid-day refresher. When my skin is starting to feel a little raggedy from the day, a gentle spray feels wonderful. And it also makes me look a little more wonderful too. The ultra-fine mist cools and refreshes without disturbing my makeup. And I plan on having this with me at all times once the weather heats up.

Take a look at the website, and learn more about how these mists are made. Maya Water is available in “Pure” and “Organic White Tea.”
