Grow Appalachia is an organization initiated by Paul Mitchell CEO & Co-Founder, John Paul DeJoria and dedicated to helping mountain families plant a healthy future for their communities. Paul Mitchell believes in maintaining a healthy planet and healthy inhabitants. Grow Appalachia will provide families with skills and resources to grow organic, nutritious food, prepare and preserve food healthfully, empower them to share knowledge in the community, and develop local farmer’s markets to sell surplus food.
