I feel...respiratorily challenged

I’ve had a bug all week, and I’m not very happy about it. I’m on the mend, though, so there should be beauty coming soon.

And just to keep you occupied until I have my health (and brain cells) back, here’s a fine old timey instructional movie. Maybe we can all learn a little something from “George (played by a very young Dick York).” It's very dramatic.
